DO NOT GET OVERWHELMED

In a membership course I did, it was shared that the #1 reason people cancel a membership is overwhelm.

My membership is DIFFERENT.

Let me explain.

The pictures you see on the right is a buffet I had in a hotel in Thailand, every breakfast.

This is what I want you to think about what my membership offers.

Enjoy the fact that so much is offered.

But ONLY use what you actually need and want!

I don't expect you to do all the courses.

I don't expect you to watch endless tutorials.

You are not expected to show up to the group calls.

Just use what is offered, when you need it.

Everything you need to know

  • Your virtual assistant, if you have one, is invited to make use of this membership too. If you don't want to attend ANY calls, send ANY support questions, watch ANY videos, and literally do NOTHING in the membership - and just have your Virtual Assistant make use of it - that is completely fine. I have members who literally do nothing besides give access to their VA and my team and I support their virtual assistant.

  • Booking 1:1 with Peter. He is available for you to do anytime (within reason - if you are crossing a line I'll let you know, but there aren't any set limitations - we are here to serve you). Peter is there to specifically assist with the more challenging tech stuff: installing Facebook Pixel, Google Analytics, setting up a professional email address, connecting a domain name, Systeme support, things like that.

  • Booking 1:1 sessions with Rose. She is available for you anytime, starting with onboarding. Further, she can help with other things that would help you be more efficient, productive and organized. For example: Set up a password manager, install chrome extensions, get efficient with bookmarks, eliminate distractions with email filters, get familiar with Loom, get help with Canva, and so on.

  • Email support under 24-hours. My entire support team monitors this email address - use it to get help. And if needed, they'll invite you for a 1:1 call, depending on who is available and who knows how to help you with your challenge. For example, if you have a domain query, Peter will offer you his calendar booking to schedule a time with him on Zoom. If you can't find access your courses for some reason, you'll be offered to book a call with Rose. Don't worry about who does what - just send us an email to email@domainname.com and we will support you.

  • Sharing passwords. You are NOT expected to share your passwords with any of my support team. I may ask you to share your logins with me for your Systeme or Kajabi or Zenler accounts (or other tools you might be using), and that's between you and me. My support team will never ask for your logins or passwords. When they help you, you simply share your screen and they'll walk you through what to click and what to do.

  • Do you need to pay more? The tech support membership covers access to support from my team, all digital products (courses, templates, checklists, etc), group calls, and other perks. The only services not included in the membership are DONE-FOR-YOU services and 1-on-1 sessions with me. If you wanted those, that's additional costs to the membership subscription. Anything else is included. If you're not sure if something I'm offering is included in the membership, email me at contact@eranbucai.com to ask and get clarification.

  • Support documents and tutorials. With every question I receive, I document the answers in YouTube videos, Instagram Reels, support documents, blogs, and course content. I do not expect you to fish around for things. The whole point of the membership is to SAVE YOU TIME. So don't be shy to ask "where do I find XYZ?", email the helpdesk and we will send you the EXACT resource or CREATE a brand new resource based on your question.
