What is an upsell?
An upsell is an offer you make right after someone made a purchase on the initial offer you presented to them.
This upsell is always on the next page.
With most funnel software tools out there, you can have multiple upsells.

Upsells & Downsells terminology
A "Downsell" is when you give an offer once someone declined an upsell where you try to either give them a payment plan option (the use-case below) or simply a smaller product to reduce the price.
When there are multiple upsells, there is another term that is used to differentiate between them.
The term is called OTO, which stands for 'One Time Offer'.
So when you have multiple upsells, you say OTO 1, OTO 2, OTO 3, etc.
If you look at the diagram above, you see OTO 1, OTO 2, Downsell to OTO 2, and finally, OTO 3.
