Chances are, you are going to do one of the following things at one point or another:
Host a virtual summit
Host a series of live webinars
Host a challenge
Run a membership with regularly scheduled calls (weekly, monthly, etc)
This training and checklist will show you step-by-step how to create a calendar of events that is sharable with your registrations or customers so they can have it added to their calendar.
You can also add a Zoom link for recurring sessions that way so that people don't have to register again and again.
I recently hosted an Affiliate Marketing Challenge and this is how I shared the schedule.
I also have a calendar for my membership tech support members.
When I hosted a virtual summit, same thing.
This is more of a workshop versus a template, but I know this will come in handy when you need to do this.
Tech Support Members
If you are also in the tech support membership, you can always book a call with my VAs to help do this task together with you.
