Course Lesson Template (systeme.io)

What is this template & why you need it?

If you are selling an online course or membership, you need to create lessons inside a private members area.

There is a process for doing it.

I will share with you my process and also my template.

Although you may decide to do your own style and that's okay!

What matters is create it ONCE, the perfect lesson, then save it as a block so you can re-use it over and over and over.

By following this process, you will save a tremendous amount of time and be way more efficient.

Important note: I strongly recommend you MAP OUT your course and content on a Google Doc FIRST before you actually start creating lessons in Systeme.io.

Only once the course is mapped out, you can start populating the content in Systeme.io.

I have found this to be a much more efficient process.

And, it allows you to potentially have a VA go through this lesson and populate all the content for you as well.

With that said, below is a checklist of the steps I follow, the template link and the video tutorial.

Summary of my video:

  • I usually delete the template that Systeme provides.

  • Once delete I drag a section, then a row, make it medium, add Text Headline, add Text, add a few bullets, put a video under, text element under that for the timestamps or call-to-action and sometimes a button with any downloadable resources of call-to-actions.

  • I make sure all the branding is accurate (font, colours, styling, etc) the way you want it and then save that as a section to use in future lessons so you don't have to go through that again.

  • All is explained and shown in detail in the video below.

  • Also, the template I created for myself, is linked in the button below. Just click on it while your systeme.io account is open and it'll automatically be added to your "my blocks" area.
